As most of you know, I'm based out of Newark, New Jersey which means I am in New Jersey a lot. University Diner in Elizabeth is my favorite diner.
They have breakfast which is good (see Michelle above)But I go for only one meal. Its in my top five all time favorite meals on the planet:
Matzo Ball soup (above)
Chicken Florentine (below)
and Potato Pancakes with apple sauce and sour cream.
