Okay, FINALLY I'm caught up.
This year is 2012 and right below is a photo taken only one month ago...
January was a good month.
I did a 6-day Amsterdam trip with Dee Anna
And then went to Buenos Aires, for work this time...I picked it up out of Houston.
It was so nice. I took a nap then met up with Eugenio.
He had made me this tarta for a snack made out of cheese, ham, tomatoes, and egg.
I loved it so much that I asked him to take me to the grocery store
to buy ingredients to make it for Stephanie and her family in Pensacola
(since I was going to Pensacola after Buenos Aires)
I also bought ingredients for my favorite Dulce De Leche dessert called CHAJA.
It has peach inside two home-made yellow cake layers spread with dulce de leche and
covered with whipped cream and little crunchy meringue drops.
After we walked to the grocery store (it is dead summer in January)
we went to a movie: Mission Impossible4 (the most recent)
Then we came back and Eugenio made me dinner: Steak and roasted potatoes.
I love doing every day things with Eugenio....(and you know I love a man who can cook.)
It was so very good to see him. I have missed him.

It was also very fun visitng Stephanie and Parley ...I love, love my neices and nephews
And I miss Tepid a lot. I had not seen her in a long time.
It was fun doing normal stuff with her too. I travel so much so often that normal things are exotic to me.
Also, Parley got a smoker and made some delicious smoked meat. It was good having him around finally.
I'm glad I had such a good time in Janurary because February has turned out to be unexpected surgery (in which it was discovered I have Endomitriosis) and recovery.
The first week of recovery, I was at my oldest sister Suzanne's.
She took such good care of me, I will forever be in debt to her.
I LOVE SISTERS.
Today is VALENTINES DAY
and my heart goes out to sisters.
