In Hamburg the day we were leaving, I awoke at 5 am to take an early morning RUN. That's right , you read correctly, I said RUN. It's official!!! My back is finally better! I went running for the first time in 6 years (I mean a real run). . .and where best to do it than around a lake in Germany?!!!
