Labor Day in Maryland

The weekend started off with an early morning trip to the Lancaster County Dutch Market
It's owned run by Amish and is full of home made goods, as well as a restaurant. WE had breadfast at the restaurant (I had chip beef gravy on bisquits). I did not get a photo, which I should have. The food was excellent

Above, home made cakes, bread, cookies, desserts (wish I had a better photo)
Below, home-made cheeses which you could sample. . .amazingly delicious.

Hurray for Tiffany and Matt!!! They bought their first home; a 4 bedroom town house in Columbia, Maryland. It is the yellow one below

Their neighborhood

Friends came to visit
Their daughter was helping to clean
That Sunday I made dinner: a guilty pleasure classic: Spinach salad,
Porcupine meatballs, mashed potatoes and cheesy creamed cauliflower

It's always really fun hanging out with Tiffany and Matt.

Those meatballs look really good. . .

And thanks for the Tiff and Matt pics. It's great to see what they've been up to these last couple of months and check out their new pad.
